Refund policy

Should your purchase not meet your satisfaction, unworn/unused "ready to ship" items postmarked to be returned within 5 days of delivery will receive a refund or exchange. Apparel & Accessories do not qualify for a refund. Lucky Silver may refuse service to anyone.

ALL SALE & CUSTOM ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return. All custom order items are final sale and not eligible for return upon starting. Custom order items are only eligible for refund if the order has been started by the Lucky Silver staff.
